Welcome to the Pick-A-Pet page.
Sponsored by Cascade West Veterinary Hospital

Each week we feature new pets available for adoption
at the Lewis County Animal Shelter.

Message from the Shelter:
We now have a Facebook page, and want everyone to “like” us!  It is
called Lewis County Animal Shelter/Official Site for the shelter in
Chehalis, WA

If you’d like info on any of the available pets below, call the shelter at 740-1290.
Shelter adoption fees
Large Breed Dogs $75.00
Small Breed Dogs $105.00
Cats $65.00
Kittens $70.00
Lewis County residents get a $5.00 discount on adoption fees, and we have people sponsor animals which make the adoption fees less. Adoption fees include spay or neuter, vaccinations, collar, I.D. tag, leash or pet caddie!

Donations are always accepted of dry cat food, cleaning supplies
or monetary from 10a-4p Monday thru Saturday at the shelter.

Thanks for your continued support!  We have lots of kitties, so most needed is canned pate style cat food, dry kitten chow, hand sanitizer, liquid laundry soap and wood pellets.

Find your new best friend, and help other animals still at the shelter!

You can also drop off your donations at LeDuc’s Service Center.

We are still in need of dry kitten food (not cat), plain clay cat litter, kitten toys (dollar store is good), and bleach!
Thanks for all your support!!

This Week’s Featured Pets from the Lewis County Animal Shelter

Rebel & Rogue are 5 month old pups. Chihuahua/Rat Terrier is our best guess!  Both are very affectionate and love to be on your lap!
Five fluffy kittens in this litter.  They are 10 weeks old, and very playful.  Raised in a foster home, they are well socialized!
Aster is about 7 years old and came to us as a stray.  He is a gorgeous flame point with blue eyes, and already neutered.  Very sweet cat!
Petunia is a pretty 2 year old.  Most orange tabby cats are boys, but she is a girl!  She loves to be pet, and is very friendly!
